Organizing the Night of SUI VALLEY to our fellow members, OPL (HK) presented the best wine and food, and invited a famous gourmet - Mr. Wei Ling to share his views on the Chinese dishes pairing with red wine.
During the night, a lot of audience was exceptionally excited for our renowned Sui Valley White Zinfandel, 2007, given its all-time limited stock. In additions, we were pleased to have Mr. Edward McDougall from Australia as our wine speaker of the night, sharing his winemaking experience around the world and professional know-how.
