Summer Black Truffle Dinner

Our founder Mr. Sze has been always looking for exotic culinary and ingredients around the world. This summer, we presented a wine dinner featuring the Italian black truffle to you, well-known as the Black Diamond.
Mr. Sze had been dedicating to develop a designated menu with the effort from Kitchen M in order to match with the black truffle as well as assorted wines from France and California, showcasing the difference of the wines from the old and new world.
